Education is Strength! Work your Brain Daily

Education is Strength, and only the STRONG Survive.
You can NOT get a Brain transplant, so work your brain daily and learn something new, as the saying goes "Your mind is like a parachute, it works best when it is OPEN!" ... Open up your mind daily to new idea's , hang around young people you can truly learn from them. We tend to get complacent and "Think" We know it all, because "We have been there done that" as long as you are breathing, you are able to learn, and give back! Just a SMILE sometimes is enough. Whatever your profession, there are always classes to improve. It really saddens me to see people spend more on losing weight than INCREASING knowledge, will spend more on a tennis shoe, and will not buy (read) a book. Think of King Solomon who asked for Wisdom over Riches and because of that ... he recieved it ALL.... Knowledge (Education) give you more choices and freedom! Do not be trapped in the chains of Ignorance. Get up early... meditate (while walking... I need to work on that) read, listen to books on tape... have your children read to you (very relaxing) Take your children to the park allow them to enjoy Nature while doing homework, and then they can play or READ. Amazing concept. Yes computers are nice (a necessity now) but do not forget to WORK THE BRAIN... do not allow spell check etc... do all the work. As Frederick Douglass said "Knowledge is Power!" and Mary McLeod Bethune (Bethune Cookman College) Said "As I Learn I Teach!" You do not have to know it all before you start sharing, as a matter of fact, if you teach while you learn, you make a better student.
... They can reposses your Car, Forclose on your House, but they can NOT take away your knowledge! I repeat: As long as your brain is working ... you have something to GIVE BACK!
